Ricki 6 Months Old

RickiDomestic short hair female kitten - Hello, my name is Ricki. I was born in a trolley shed in a supermarket loading bay and for the first few weeks of my life, my mummy, Rosy and I were eating out of bins. It wasn’t very nice but we had no choice.

Donate to AWAR

Please donate to Albury Wodonga Animal Rescue.

Rescuing and rehoming pets is an expensive business! We have a large monthly vet bill and many other costs. Our adoption fee covers the basic vet treatments like desexing and vaccinations but does not cover extras like dental treatment, injury or illness.

Your donation will help us save more pets. All donations are used for the care of our animals only. We are all volunteers - no one recieves a wage, fuel costs or any other payment. We do have annual administration costs.

We'd love you to make a donation by cash, cheque or direct debit into our ANZ Bank account.

Our Wish List

RustyDonations of goods and food may be left at Dr Jana's Veterinary Center

For dogs we’d love; Collars, washable bedding, strong crates, Frontline Plus, Advance dry food and toys.

For cats; litter, Advance dry food cleaning products and a new Speed Queen washing machine.

If you have left over pet medications please drop them off to Dr Jana's. Items will be carefully checked and then placed in our box. Use of these donated medications reduces our veterinary bills.

Thankyou!
