Bellie’s Page

Bellie has settled in here well. She is a quiet biddable dog who learns quickly. Bellie gets on with my shep who is quite bossy and pushes her around. Saying that, she will stand up for herself if she feels it is necessary. Bellie is good with the cats and tries to cuddle with Einstein (11 month old cat). Like most dogs, she will chase the cats if they run but leaves them alone if they ignore her or let her know who’s the boss.

Bellie has loved the trips to the park, socialising with other dogs and people, and generally getting out and about. She is getting some obedience training here but it probably should be continued by her new owners to make sure that she knows the rules.

Bellie appears good with kids, though she is still a bit jumpy.

I can’t say strongly enough how CALM I find this dog compared to many many 10mo dogs I know. Bellie has already started to recall at the park after being there twice. She just wants to love and be loved. Bellie makes a great couch companion and at the same time a great running companion; she would make a great family pet and a great dog for a single person or couple too.

Bellie is versatile and cute too!
